ORI POWER Organizes Employee Team-Building Trips to Jiangxi, Anhui, Guizhou and Japan
Ahead of the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holidays, Zhejiang Ori-Power Medtech Co., Ltd. (ORI POWER) organized a team-building trip program for its employees, sending groups to Jiangxi, Anhui, Guizhou and Japan for four to five days.
The activity was arranged as a thank-you to all employees for their contribution to the company, and took place shortly before the two major public holidays.
Employees were divided into groups and traveled to four destinations, covering locations in China and overseas. Each group's itinerary lasted four to five days, giving colleagues time to relax and get to know each other away from daily work.
The company said the trips were organized to recognize the efforts of its workforce over the year and to strengthen communication between teams.
